Here are the questions we need to answer, relating to income, in all mortgage pre-approvals..❓️⁠

Thinking back to our first home and remembering ho

Thinking back to our first home and remembering how much we loved that house! 🏡

The house wasn’t perfect, but it was really cute and a great entry into the housing market. The area wasn’t our first pick but the street was lovely.🤍

We made it our own, we painted all the walls (not our best work 😂) and put in a wood countertop from IKEA. Looked great for a week and then cracked. 🤪 We planted trees and stained the fence.

We hosted our engagement party, got a puppy and had lots of fun with friends and brought our first baby home to that house, he’s now 18! 👶🏼

So don’t get stuck on the perfect house or the dream home… just take the next step and get started with your first home.

⚪️ He has many years of mortgage experience, we no longer say exactly how many years because he got his start in the banking industry at a very young age. And whose counting anyways? 🙂He is very responsive and always answers his phone, I mean always... 📲 so you know he can reach him! ⁠

⚪️ We don't just have guitars, we have walls of guitars. He was a professional musician, lead guitar player for many years. One year he played over 300 shows on the east coast- wow! Leading a band and working in the music industry provided so many useful tools - communication skills, calm under pressure, resourcefulness, and working as a team - all serve him well now. ⁠
⁠
⚪️ He is a very successful and an award winning mortgage agent, always at the top of performance list, but he never tells anyone. He's humble and thinks there is always room to improve. 😌⁠
⁠
⚪️ He is so respected by our lender underwriters because his work ethic is stellar, his ability to position a client's mortgage application to get to a yes, approved is incredibly strong, and he never gives up if he believes in a client and their mortgage application. ⁠
⁠
⚪️ The kids know he is the yes parent - yes to a drive, spending money, yes to fun, going out for dinner, shopping, travelling, or friends over... we all need the yes person... I'm clearly the - no maybe not parent, if that wasn't obvious 🤣. ⁠
⁠
⚪️ He loves to travel, is always the driver 🚘️, loves great food and wine and music and the outdoors, he LOVES to laugh and is happiest around others who love to laugh. And loves European crime dramas, the darker the better, are always the number one pick. 📽️⁠
