As Client Care Manager, Nicole provides administrative support for our clients. From the moment your mortgage application is submitted, to the lender approval, and all the way through the possession or closing date. She is the one moving the mortgage process ahead— gathering documents, coordinating with lenders, arranging appraisals, sending your signing package, and connecting with your lawyer ahead of possession or closing day.
Buying or refinancing a home involves a lot of moving parts and paperwork, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Nicole makes sure that doesn’t happen. She supports each client with exactly what is needed, why, and what comes next in the process.
Working alongside both Julie and Andy, Nicole supports every mortgage application from start to finish. She’s the bridge between our clients, our lenders, our appraisers, and lawyers — and she keeps us all the same page and ensures a smooth, easy, and efficient process.
