We respond to all new inquiries within 2 hours during business hours, often faster. When mortgage applications are in progress, at every stage of the process. Your clients won’t be left waiting, and neither will you. We understand that in real estate, timing is everything.

Will you keep me updated on my client's file?

Yes — proactive communication is our standard. You’ll receive updates at every milestone: pre-approval issued, conditions submitted, approval received, conditions cleared. We don’t believe in last-minute surprises. If there’s an issue, you’ll know immediately so we can solve it together.

How do your pre-approvals hold up?

We take pre-approvals seriously. Every pre-approval we issue is based on verified documents — not verbal information. We review all income and income documents, credit bureaus and details at the point of pre-approval. Your clients can write offers with confidence, knowing their financing is solid and knowing we will meet the financing condition date.

Can you handle tight closing deadlines?

Absolutely. We’ve closed deals with extremely tight timelines when required. Our lender relationships and documentation efficiency allow us to move quickly. If your client needs a fast close to win a competitive situation, we’ll make it happen.
